The Great Return
BOY OH BOY!
What a pleasant surprise! These past few months I was under the impression that "The Donut Club" had been deleted. Every time I tried logging onto Blogger, it was nowhere to be found. Today, by sheer luck, I was on Google+ and saw the club listed as one of my contributing blogs. Low and behold, I logged into Blogger and here I am! Back again! Writing and posting about the world's greatest treat.
Since we last spoke, I got a job at "Beyond Glaze"(a gourmet doughnut shop) decorating and photographing the world's most creative, delectable donuts. This has definitely been a bucket list experience and I am delighted to share my passionate work with you now and forever!
I call this one "The Tea Party Dozen." These are the cutest, daintiest donuts and include a nice variety of color and flavor. All of our frostings are made from fresh fruit and our white chocolate is to die for!
In this box from top to bottom, we have: Raspberry torte, blueberry bliss, wildberry, raspberry lemonade, strawberry cream-cheese, lemon orange, cherry lime-aid, blueberry torte, lemon meringue pie, raspberry mango, red velvet cake and peach cobbler. Donuts and Deli
My quest to find the best donut shop in Utah still remains Donuts and Deli. This delectable shop smells of heaven and almost always has fresh glazed twists on the racks! If you're in Salt Lake City and looking for a sweet treat Donuts and Deli will not disappoint!
And how can you go wrong with a box that tells you, "You deserve a Donut?" The address is 2700 S. State St. and open from 5am - 5pm.
